Flagstaff House is the name of the Presidential Palace in Ghana which serves as a residence and office to the President of Ghana.
This name will be given a new meaning come July 3rd, when the Nyansapo crew seeks to stun the audience at the National Theatre with a satirical comedy titled “Flagstaff House”.
An interesting line on the official poster reads “Many are mad…….But few are Naked”. This has raised many eyebrows as lovers of stage plays can’t wait to satisfy their curiosity.
The first show of the play will be at 4pm while the second show is expected to kick off at 8pm.
The play will feature Foster Romanus, Clemento Suarez AKA Sarkodie Acheampong, Auntie Mary, Prof. Delong, Robert Komla Ahlija, Kingsley Lims Nyarko, Pearl Korkor Darkey and the new sensational comedy duo ‘2 idiots’-General Ntatia and Dr. So.
Gen.Ntatia and Hon. Syraz are both Presidential aspirants who intend to maneuver their way to attain political power using all means including illegal ones. The election is followed by suit filed by General Ntatia.
The play is one comedy blast with a bizarre plot constituent of intellectual comedy. Organizers promise a play that will blow the minds of Patrons as the “Gallery of comedies” popularly known as Legon Comedy did in 2011.
The National Theater is certainly the place to be come July 3rd.
