Reports reaching ugfile.com indicates that some pupils from a school in Kasoa who decided to celebrate Ghana’s independence day, 6th March, by visiting mountain Afadjato were, very sadly, unable to complete their journey because they got involved in a very fatal accident.
Mountain Afadjato is the tallest mountain in Ghana and one of Ghana’s most popular tourist destinations. One can only imagine how excited these pupils were, to take an excursion there on independence day.
They were almost past the mountainous part of their journey when their driver lost control of their bus and fell into a ditch killing pupils aged between 7 and 15 years.
