Breaking: Lamine wins Africa Hall Presidential election

Ghana’s most beautiful season VIII’s edition third runner-up Carla Bongkoyire Cornelius popularly known as Lamine has won the just ended Africa Hall Presidential election in KNUST.

Lamine,a 2nd year Chemistry student canvassed for votes through stressful campaign forums and eventually emerged the winner of the race after she amassed a record 70.53% of the total 621 votes.
Thus,her fellow contestant Anowa Augustina settled for the remainig 29.47% of the total votes.

After the victory,Lamine expressed her profound gratitude to those who supported her

“I am because you are. We won because of you.It was not by my might nor strength, but by your unfliching support.

For those who stood in the line for more than an hour to vote for us, this victory belongs to you. Likewise, those who supported the VOICE FOR ALL VISION from its inception till today”.

“I thank you.I am grateful and I appreciate you.It is my prayer that today will sow in us the seed of sisterhood and love.

Lamine has therefore become the 49th President of the only female hall (Africa Hall) in KNUST.
